Your posters (max A0 size) can be displayed in the designated areas from 8:30 am on Monday, 19th May.
To maximise engagement with attendees, we kindly encourage all poster presenters to be near their posters during lunch and coffee breaks. To ensure a well-structured and interactive experience, we propose the following schedule:
